Listing Data Entry Package $175*

You love managing your clients in the pre-listing process, but hate the paperwork!

Draft Listing Agency Agreement, disclosure documents, and addenda as instructed by Listing Agent (Listing Agent is responsible for indicating what documents need to be included besides county and state required addenda)
Send documents to Seller for signature (Agent is responsible for review of disclosures for seller signatures and completion)

Enter showing instructions into Showing Time as indicated by the Listing Agent
Schedule staging, photos, and signpost installation as indicated by the Listing Agent

Listing Assistant Package $395*

Congratulations, you’ve got a commitment from a seller to list their house! Let us take it from here so you can spend more time lead generating and loving on your clients.

Detailed research of the property and property owner(s) to determine what disclosures and documents are necessary
Explanation to the Seller of the Listing Agreement and all included documents
Management of the pre-listing timeline including completion and review of all necessary Seller documents
MLS input (see above)
Entering showing instructions as indicated by the Seller into Showing Time
Scheduling staging, photos, signpost installation
Reminder emails to Seller regarding key dates (i.e. photos, Coming Soon status, Active status, etc.)
Communication with the Sellers via email/text/phone and/or Zoom
Exciting communication through a final “Congratulations! Your listing is ACTIVE on the MLS” email.

Compliance $150*

Review all contracts, addendums and agreements created to meet all legal requirements of the state as well as requirements from your broker
Effectively & promptly communicate with you regarding deficiencies in documents, providing explanations & assistance
Work hand-in-hand with brokers to ensure compliance so that YOU GET PAID!
